Thank you for your interest in performing at our event.  We are fully booked for the 2019 festival.

If you are an artist or have a band that wants to play Indy Irish Fest, our preference is to have you submit three CDs by delivery to Indy Irish Fest, P.O. Box 44197, Indianapolis, IN 46244. We will share the CDs with our entertainment committee members. Please include in your submission, an all inclusive payment quote for a one, two and three day performance schedule. Tell us how many performances per day are included and if you are willing to include media appearances and/or demonstrations in our cultural area. Also include backline needs and a stage plot. Tell us what venues you have played in the past and currently and the dates/times of any upcoming bookings in the region. List web site URL and social media sites.

Our event takes place in a 14 acre park in downtown Indianapolis. We build the site from the ground up and are limited in what we are able to provide in terms of additional requests. We provide double occupancy hotel accommodations for out of town performers.

If you send us materials or an EPK, we will acknowledge receipt of these, generally through an email confirmation. We start booking in January for that year’s festival and try to complete our booking process by the end of June. If you have not heard from us by then, you can assume that we are not able to include you in our line-up.

The festival does not cover travel costs to and from Indianapolis. These fees are part of the contract fee negotiations. Some bands, if they are touring, or if they get travel assistance from a government or other source, may improve their changes of being booked, but we cannot guarantee you a spot. Immigration, work permit and visa issues must be resolved without our assistance.

Please understand that Indy Irish Fest receives many more applications than we are able to book each year to perform at the festival. We book between 30-40 bands on average. Since our first festival, we have made it a policy to promote our local musicians and dancers. We rarely book main stage acts that we are not familiar with or have not seen at concerts, other festivals, showcases and conferences, etc but there is always a chance that an unsolicited application will result in a booking. It is a privilege to work with so many talented artists, but a shame that we have to pass on so many others.
