Volunteers You can also call

festival week. If you volunteered to serve
beer and wine you must currently hold a valid
alcoholic beverage permit from from the state of
Indiana.

Beer/Wine
Permit Form Beer Permit applications must
be postmarked by Wednesday, September 7.
Otherwise, they cannot be accepted, and we will
do our best to reassign you to another volunteer
station.
PLEASE NOTE: For security purposes, all volunteers
must show identification (Driver's
License/State ID card) when checking in for their
shift at the festival
and the festival reserves the right to conduct
criminal background checks.

Packets will include directions, shift details &
instructions, 1 complimentary festival ticket (for a
friend), volunteer t-shirt and volunteer waiver
(must be signed to volunteer).
Extra waivers will be on-hand at the Festival for
you to sign prior to your shift. If you are
