When is the Children's Wee Folk Area open?
Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Parents must accompany children.

How do I volunteer?  
Email us here  volunteers or go to the volunteer page and complete an on-line form.

Will there be a Mass this year?
Yes.  Mass will be Sunday morning at 10:30a.m.  Bring a minimum of three non-perishable food items to benefit St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank and get into the festival for free before 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.

How can I be a merchandise vendor at the festival?
To be considered for future festivals, send an email from this link vendors with complete information about your merchandise.  Include a web site if available.  We consider only vendors selling Irish or Celtic merchandise. 

How can I be considered as a performer for the festival?
To be considered for future festivals, send us three CD's and promotional material.  Include information about your web site and any performances in the area/region.  Please send information to Indy Irish Fest at P.O. Box 44197, Indianapolis, Indiana 46244. 

Can I be a food vendor at the festival?
Our opportunities for food vending are generally limited to local Irish/Celtic restaurants, pubs, or charitable organizations or to festival sponsors.  If you'd like to be considered for future festivals send information about your setup and food offerings to irishinfo@indyirishfest.com.
 

 
  • Alcohol Philosophy
    The Indy Irish Festival's alcohol philosophy is consumption in moderation. If you are taking medication or are pregnant, do not drink alcohol. We reserve the right to limit drinks served per person. We will not knowingly serve someone who is intoxicated. If you feel you or someone you are with has consumed too much, please inform us and we will make sure that you or they get home safely.
  • Designated Drivers Program
    We encourage anyone 21 years or over, with a valid driver's license, to register as an Indy Irish Festival Designated Driver. Participants will receive two free soft drinks upon showing registration. Please sign up at the Indy Irish Festival Information Booth.
