Example toast

To the lass I met in Dingle
Who last night said she was single
She came in a glass in the form of doubles
And as my mistress caused me trouble
For I met this day the man you wed
And now find lies in what you said
As my head hurts and my mouth is dry
My upset stomach I can’t deny
You tasted so good when our lips first met
The thought of you I’d like to forget
Known in the pub as the Irish Rover
But as for now I’m so hung over
A toast to you ---go on your way
For this I promise you today
Our affair with each other has to end
At least that is, until next weekend
Slainte
