13th Annual Indy Irish Festival  September 19-21, 2008

Activities: 2007 Sunday Celtic Mass

There will be a Celtic Mass celebrated on Sunday, September 16th at 10:30 a.m. Mass will be on the Hibernian stage at the south end the festival site. Bring a non-perishable food item for the St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank before 11:30 a.m. on Sunday and get into the festival for free. Minimum one item per entrance admission.

The St. Vincent dePaul Food Bank requests the following items:
Non-perishable food stuffs particularly high protein items such as canned meats, peanut butter, macaroni & cheese dinners, vegetables, fruits and juices. They need all items to be in cans, plastic or boxes. Glass can not be accepted. They are also restricted from accepting foods canned at home.

All donations are appreciated, but the following items are in most need:  canned meats, fish, stews, etc.; peanut butter; all types of pasta; box dinners; various box mixes; cereal; canned fruit; shampoo; laundry soap; diapers. Donated items are sorted and made available free to clients at the Pratt-Quigley Food Center, 3001 E. 30th Street.
