This area highlights the rich culture and traditions of Irish people and Irish Americans. It also presents insight into historically significant events of the Irish and how the events are represented in their songs. Be sure to take the time to explore this area and learn about Irish Culture and History. See demos and exhibits.

Border Collie Herding Demonstrations
See demonstrations of sheep herding on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Watch Jimbob McEwen and his dogs from McEwen Border Collies Between demonstrations get up close to the dogs and sheep.

Celtic Canines
Irish Wolfhounds, Kerry Blue, Soft Coated Wheaton, Irish Setter, Irish Terrier and a Gordon. Great fun for kids and adults! Get up close with the dogs and learn all about them from their owners.
Please note that all other dogs must agree to the waiver of liability and to maintain a distance of at least 25 ft from the Celtic Canine area and participants. See attached waiver required for entrance to the event IndyIrishFestdogwaiver2015 (1)
